Stay away. Got a pittance of my settlement. After their 40% and expenses, I received pennies on the dollar. Wasn’t worth the aggravation of them dragging their feet and collecting interest for a couple of years. Look elsewhere !!
Can you say ambulance chasers ?
Well can we say they should be called…. Dewey Screw Them And Howe! So after taking 40% and expenses out of my settlement then they changed me for sending me my money and held back $2,000. So when my 45 days were up then then send me the remaining of my $2,000 Minus almost $90.00 for expenses which is sending me my money. The first check never arrived so after 3 weeks they resent it and charged me for all of the mailings! Really! You just took a big chunk and can’t even cover the cost of my mailing! Don’t use them!
I called in for help because I am a sexual abuse victim and they told me they wouldn't take my case, because there is statue limitations involved. But yet I have been talking to the state attorney's office who is handling my case. If a statue of limitation was the problem then the state attorney's office would not be investigating. SMH 😩 What a bunch of crooks these lawyers are.. They study law but don't uphold them. I don't recommend this law firm to anyone.
