Horrible condos. They never notified us about our unpaid HOA dues and sent the sheriff to our property saying our tenant will be evicted and property will be in foreclosure. We never knew we had unpaid HOA dues. When we found out, we contacted them to pay, they said no you are in delinquency you can’t pay. Then we contacted the lawyers and they never responded.
