I brought my baby in and the whole staff from check in to the provider were great. I used the ‘reserve my time’ ahead feature online. They were fast and efficient while still being kind and caring. The NP who saw my baby was great. Would definitely recommend!
We took my daughter here after she got an accidental fish hook in her face. From the front desk to the nurses everyone was so compassionate & truly made her feel less scared. She’s only 3 and she handled it like a boss because of the staff there that night. She’s recovering well and a huge thank you to this staff! She even left with a rose!
My son's doctor called in an a procedure and my wife, who is my sons stepmother took him to the appointment like she has for his entire seventeen years of life. She has been listed at every doctor we've gone to, as someone who can bring him, and I have given consent. I visited this clinic with my daughter who was suffering from multiple serious symptoms — runny nose, cold, flu, fever, watery eyes, mouth rash, cough, and even vomiting. Despite all of these issues, the doctor did not prescribe any medication or offer any clear guidance. I felt dismissed and very concerned for my daughter's health.
