These guys are phenomenal. I initially went to them with a clutch repair based on reviews alone, and let me tell you I was not disappointed. I’ve been coming here for almost 2 years now and every time I bring my vehicle, they treated it with the utmost attention and care. The work is always done correctly, timely and reasonably priced. Very friendly staff, very knowledgeable. I highly recommend checking them out.
We have taken three of our cars there and all three broke down shortly after. Had a new alternator and battery installed in our daughter’s car. Within a month the alternator quit. Ten months after new battery was installed it quit. My son just picked his car up two weeks ago after paying 4K for repairs. It’s now smoking and won’t start. My DIL took her car there and in less than a year the same thing. What they fixed was bad again.
Emailed the Ohio Autocare via their website on 5/8/25 requesting a quote for work I need done on my 2017 Sante Fe--have never heard anything in regard to my inquiry. Too bad, too...very nice reviews for the most part!
