We have taken three of our cars there and all three broke down shortly after. Had a new alternator and battery installed in our daughter’s car. Within a month the alternator quit. Ten months after new battery was installed it quit. My son just picked his car up two weeks ago after paying 4K for repairs. It’s now smoking and won’t start. My DIL took her car there and in less than a year the same thing. What they fixed was bad again.
Emailed the Ohio Autocare via their website on 5/8/25 requesting a quote for work I need done on my 2017 Sante Fe--have never heard anything in regard to my inquiry. Too bad, too...very nice reviews for the most part!
I could write a really detailed review of my experience, but I don't think anyone wants to read something that long. Let me just say, these guys go above and beyond to provide great service! Chris, the owner, is very knowledgeable, honest, and a genuinely nice guy. As far as I can tell, all the mechanics working there are good and really know their stuff.
