Emailed the Ohio Autocare via their website on 5/8/25 requesting a quote for work I need done on my 2017 Sante Fe--have never heard anything in regard to my inquiry. Too bad, too...very nice reviews for the most part!
I could write a really detailed review of my experience, but I don't think anyone wants to read something that long. Let me just say, these guys go above and beyond to provide great service! Chris, the owner, is very knowledgeable, honest, and a genuinely nice guy. As far as I can tell, all the mechanics working there are good and really know their stuff. I drove up from out of state for a visit and needed an oil change. They also rotated my tires. Unfortunately, one of the techs failed to put one of my back wheel on properly. Soon after leaving the shop, my truck made noises and even shook when I applied the brakes. When I turned around to head back to the shop, my vehicle could no longer move forward due to the aforementioned back wheel coming off .
