I drove up from out of state for a visit and needed an oil change. They also rotated my tires. Unfortunately, one of the techs failed to put one of my back wheel on properly. Soon after leaving the shop, my truck made noises and even shook when I applied the brakes. When I turned around to head back to the shop, my vehicle could no longer move forward due to the aforementioned back wheel coming off . They were upfront I about the issue I had and how what they were fixing might not stop the issue but it was the only thing that seemed to be wrong. Had it repaired anyways and it did end up solving the issue. Very fair on the price including diag work. Thanks!
I want to thank Chris the owner and his mechanics for their extreme honesty on what my car needed; even at the loss of income from me. It can be difficult to find a mechanic that is honest and that you can trust to not take advantage of you, especially for us females! Well, I want to say that I highly recommend.
