Booked a room at this hotel 4 months ago for a wedding. Was told 4 weeks prior to the check-in date that the room was undergoing a renovation and they cancelled my booking. Failed to respond to further messages to assist me resolve the issue. I am now out of pocket twice as much as my original booking to re-book elsewhere during school holiday season. Horrible service and will not be recommending this place to anyone.

Very nice
Spent 5nts here in the lead up to our wedding and it was amazing. Perfect location and speccy views. Great layout of the room, spacious, and everything you need. Easy check in/ out process and nothing was a drama. Saw whales every day and it was the best spot on the hill to do that. One thing to note would be the shower going cold within 2mins, but that was minor in comparison to all the positives. We’ll be back again and again! :)
