We stayed here for the weekend of our wedding and we are so glad we did!! This is the most immaculate property and the photos truly do not do it justice! It’s so spacious and perfect for big groups with lots of bathrooms and living spaces. The owners were absolutely lovely and kindly allowed an early check in to get all organised for our weekend! We will absolutely be back one day ❤️❤️❤️
We stayed at Hillgate for a week with our family. We were 12 consisting of 3 generations. The house was very comfortable and attractively furnished with a well equipped kitchen. Lots of different sitting areas, beautifully appointed, comfortable king size or single beds. Gorgeous setting, huge lap pool. A nice touch was the provision of staples such as butter, oil, milk, delish bread, marshmallows for the outdoor fire pit! We will definitely plan a return sojourn
Amazing!!! Three families are coming to the end of the most fabulous stay at Hillgate. As others have said the photos just don’t do this beautiful property justice. This truly is the gold star in how a holiday home should be presented, from the cleanliness, supplies, communication and small details that only an owner who really cares for their guests experience would provide. Everything is only a short drive away, beaches, towns, wineries, etc. I can see how Hillgate is an award winning property, you won’t be disappointed.
We stayed at Hillgate for our 20 year anniversary since meeting when our kids started primary school. We had a fabulous time. The house is perfect. The pool is magnificent and only 4 kms to Berry, where many of us walked. Would totally recommend it. xxx
