Said it was open but it wasn't. Drove there for nothing
I ordered a new fuel tuner got it in 3 days, when I went to hook it up it only had 2 plugs and not 4 like my Arctic Cat 1000 needed. I called big gun tech support and they informed me that there are 2 tuners with the same part # 1 is for a 700 and the other is for a 1000 only difference is the harness. I contacted hillery and gentlemen I spoke thought it was crazy like I did so he went to warehouse and found out that is true so he immediately dropped the new right one in the mail and I had it in 2 days flat with a return lab... read more
Terrible customer service will not respond been trying everyday for the past 30 days. Needed to send something back that I purchased will not respond to calls or email let alone answer. Joke of a company save yourself the hassle and stress and order from a bigger more reliable company.
