This company broke a sprinkler head doing normal maintenance in our condo, causing massive water damage, admitted it was their fault , sent out a restoration team, and then a day later decided to refuse to pay for the repairs and damage. We are in the process of hiring an attorney.

My non-profit tried to utilize Unifour for our Sprinkler System inspections as an alternative to the overpriced Simplex Grinnell and although the sales staff was very friendly, they essentially did not want our business and continually came up with new reasons why they would not be a good option. My mistake was in telling the how much Simplex wanted to charge us and from that point on, they tried to get as close to that number as possible without going over it.
