very nice and respectful of my property. Diagnosed the situation and provided an explanation of the problem in a language I could understand. Observed a dehumidifier in the basement and suggested a better and more efficient way of dispensing the water. I didn’t know there was an option available had he not made the observation. I could not be more pleased with Hiller and the men and women that perform always in a first class manner.
Too expensive. Charging $200 labor to replace an $8 valve which took about 15 minutes is outrageous. Also the plumber required me to pay with a credit card immediately which was fine but when I asked him to mail me a receipt he could not take my address and ask his office to do that. Too lazy
The technicians were professional, nice and friendly. Improvements, (we all could use one). They were not gentle on my white walls. They left black grease spots all over the ceiling, for accessing the vents as well as the walls, not quite as bad as the ceiling though. Also left the crawl space uncovered. Took me a lot of effort to cover it back up. Overall, a good job.

Kurt is such an amazing plumber, super fast service and quality work... how can you beat that? He explained all my plumbing to me and even flushed my water heaters! Tester my water quality, checked my in line filter, and even inspected all of my bathrooms. I will always use Hiller and Kurt is my guy!
