Wonderful company!!! They let you know when your technician is on the way. They text you a picture of him so you know it’s him! Zach was so professional and thorough when explaining what was going on with my water heater. Great personality and an asset to Hiller. He showed me before and after pictures of his work being as he had to do the work under the house. He did a great job!!

Kevin Perry was my service man. He is smart, honest and efficient. His n Her’s plumbing told me I had 2 bellies in my line and quoted me an estimate of over 20k. Kevin had my line clear within 30 minutes. They came 2 days in a row with no results. Kevin even cleaned up all the sludge that came up through shower. Don’t even think about using any other service than Hiller. Plus, they got me on their schedule same day. Thank you Hiller, I can actually breathe again.

Very friendly and courteous technician! He performed a tune-up on our two HVAC systems and found a minor problem that would eventually turn into a major problem! We got the issue fixed immediately and were very pleased!

I have so many horror stories about Hiller. Upon signing up for the "Happy Hiller Club" I was charged over $600 for the first visit in which a gentleman stated that I needed condensers in both my AC units and other things, and an overflow Pan for my upstairs unit. Needless to say that I paid all this money and none of the items were ever replaced, repaired (even if they needed it in the firs place), or installed at all.
