After hearing all the horror stories, it was a pleasure to deal with this company. They delivered, literally and figuratively, in time, at the fixed rate and there was not one damaged or missing item of my household. Would thoroughly recommend this particular branch. The sales person and coordinator were terrific too.
Hilldrup Richmond. From the time the truck pulled up, I knew we were in trouble. Going back to the day prior, the packing team showed up at 8am. A 3 adult team and didn’t leave until 7:30pm. The head lady was on her game. But one lady complained the whole day about doing her job. A crew of 4 people came and packed up our entire townhouse in record time. Very courteous and friendly and were careful while packing. We definitely would use them again if needed.
