Landcom is useless. Land was registered and settlement was done 2 months ago, but still, they are not providing documents that are required to get building approval. I tried to reach them to get *Work as Constructed Plan* as its land developers responsibility to make these accessible to the owner. But they flatly rejected and told me its not their responsibility for these documents. Well, you sold the million dollar worth of land. It is Indeed your responsibility to get it figured. Scammers.
If I can I would have given zero. Worst customer service at its best.
