What a night mare, I have left 8 calls in regards to water issue, billing and dog and racoon issue. Never got a call back from the manger or anyone. Did after 2 calls get the maintenance person to stop by about the racoon. The rules here are different for different people. Some people have large dogs, some people have dangerous dogs. even though the contract and the website says no dogs over 18' my neighbor has purchased a full sized Doberman. From 3 years ago. WOW, 3.7 is super generous. I have lived here for 15 years and would not even consider providing anything above a 0. But one is the choice. There was a time I did and would have provided a 5. We have been through a couple of managers in the last couple of years. The most recent seems to have difficulty with the written English language as she leaves sentences incomplete, vague and confusing in her newsletters and information letters. Many misspelled words as well. How hard is it to use online dictionary. ... read more

This place is interesting as some individuals are allowed to break the rules while others are made to conform. I had to sell a white picket fence because it had to be chain link. The person who bought out it up in the park and has been there for several years. There is every type of fence here, iron, wood, picket. I once had a small area set aside to left over wood, PVC etc. that was neatly placed in the corner of my back yard.
