Had some issues with my patio door closing but Ron from the maintenance team was so quick to fix it for me. All the staff are so kind and courteous, we absolutely love living in this condo due to the management team

I have been a resident here since Sept 1, 2025. This is the greatest/most positive place that I have ever lived in. The staff, Aisza, Ron and Loriel are all fantastic and I always look forward to seeing each and every one of them each time I go out and just happen to meet them in the hallway/ parking lot, underground parking area. Can't recommend this place to anyone. After living here for one year they did everything they could to charge me and get my deposit. Even saying that I ruined all their kitchen cabinets. Thankfully the tenant board heard our case and we didn't have to pay them. I won't write the whole story since it was very long but I was dumb to trust this place. Changing an inspection report after signing, I thought I will never see that in Summerland. You are better off staying away from this place.
