Very unpleasant experience with Broadstreet Properties / Hillcrest village (lived here less than 8 months), they charged $300 to move my tv out, $180 to move out a few garbage bags. In total they charged $1063 for move out fees (only $200 of this was waived after many emails disagreeing with some of these charges). The first few months i could hear my neighbour's tv/speaker very loud every evening/night. DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!! My car was damaged by the underground garage door - it shut on the roof of my car driving under it. It’s been three months and I still haven’t been able to get it fixed. They refuse to give out any contact information to speak to someone about this. The same people have smoked on their balconies for years and they won’t do anything to stop it. Be forewarned that this is the type of company you’ll have to deal with on a daily basis.

Very nice lovely apartments. We love our ground floor walk out. The only issue we have is very noisy inconsiderate neighbors above us with small children. There is constant noise and thumping and running and jumping. Children shouldn't be on upper floors for safety Happy to say the noisy tenants moved out. Thanks to management for addressing the situation. We love living here.. Our next door neighbor has the same problem, very loud tenants above them
