Management is horrid. Won't return calls or texts. Doesn't accomplish anything in a timely manner. Cannot answer a simple question. Rude as the day is long. The manager (Scammy Pammy) decided it was acceptable to take items from the property I purchased. I specifically told her "I purchased the property AS IS & it belongs to me." She screeched & screamed stating the contents of my trailer were hers to sell. Legally 100% untrue. Then she threatened that I would receive a bill for the items. I recommend avoiding this place.
