Ashley went above and beyond with my mother in law. She resided at St. Joseph Tower in Omaha and recently was put on with Gentiva Hospice. I was under the impression she could live the rest of her life at the tower as long as she had the care hospice could provide but I soon found out that was not the case. The tower could no longer provide the safety my mother in law needed due to her dementia. I was given one day notice (the day before a holiday) from the tower to put her into long term care. Do not bring your loved one here. They will slowly kill them and you won’t know if you don’t ask because thy don’t care. Her linen had been dirty for at least 3 days before I said something. I sat with my mother in hospice for almost an hour and the no one came to check on her. She needed more care than they could ever care to give her. Her call light was on the floor at the foot of her bed. They are understaffed and over booked it seems. I am leaving this review because I am taking my mother out today.

Went to visit an old friend that was staying there. The place seemed clean. The staff was nice. BUT please work on the way the place SMELLS!!! Thanks.
