My vehicle was in an accident a couple months ago and I called hill crest because they were local, they also were my ongoing mechanic of 7 years.. they arrived and picked up my vehicle to take to the collision reporting Center, I also thought I had to go there as well to make a report… as I waited over an hour in the tow truck and parking lot of hill crest they switched drivers, after the switch I was told the quote initially given to me was incorrect ( if the price changed they were supposed to call me and adjust it..they f... read more
