Reason for not giving 5 stars, (Sephora Hillcrest) one of the employee needs to learn some basic manners. Unexpectedly baby made a mistake of inexpensive item ($15 worth) from the counter. Suddenly saw a woman came running complained. $15 dollars I would have paid added to the bill purchased items for $260. I genuinely apologized but in return she just walked away didn’t care for my apology. Such a shame that she doesn’t know basic respect for customer. Will never visit that location again.
