The Lovely Lady at the entrance desk was very helpful in every way!! The facility was very clean & odor free, the staff was friendly, overall I had a really nice visit!!! 👍
The amount of new high reviews here is perplexing, either there has been a major change in middle management, or these reviews are not authentic. Very an attentive staff - our friend came there to recover from several setbacks at another facility and he is looking and feeling great. So appreciative to the whole team at Hillcrest Raleigh.
Every employee that I encountered was extremely helpful and caring! Every employee greeted me and was very polite and friendly!
