Dr. Dennis was very kind to myself and my son while we were seeing her. She was very helpful and quick to see us when we were in need of help. The receptionist was also always very pleasant and polite to us, offering us drinks and snacks when we went, we felt cared for by both.
My wife and kid both been patients at Hillcrest and the facility itself is great. Unfortunately, the staff interactions haven’t matched that standard.. When I arrived to pick my wife up from her appointment, I was immediately met with a lot of attitude, which made the experience feel unnecessarily unpleasant..
Not a fan of this clinic. I had a very frustrating experience with the intake process here. The person I spoke with was dismissive and unhelpful when I asked for clarification on their policies. It’s a shame, as I was looking for a clinic I could see regularly for counselling, with a more welcoming administrative team. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.
