I recently needed to have my hydro radiant in-floor heating looked at and fixed and I was lucky enough to have Bogdan come in and not only fix my heating (it needed a new transformer) but also installed programmable thermostats as the ones I had previously were not the correct ones. The professionalism from start to finish (reaching out for original booking through to the finished product) was amazing. I will definitely be using Hillcrest again. Highly recommend this company, the professionalism was outstanding, the repairman was Doug he was tidy he went thru everything explained what was the cause with the furnace, replaced the water tank, his professionalism ethics manners was outstanding

The pilot light on our hot water tank kept going out so I called Hillcrest Plumbing and Doug arrived early the next morning. He disassembled the burners, cleaned them and made ventilation recommendations to get more life out of the tank, thereby saving us money. He also gave us info about our tank and what to expect in the future. He was very knowledgeable and honest. We highly recommend Hillcrest Plumbing.

Receptionist did a great job turning me off from this company 45 seconds into an inquiry call about my hot water tank. Maybe listen to what a customer needs before telling them they will need to replace the unit due to age... without even seeing or knowing what the problem is. Maybe turning down the attitude instead of escalating the issue and saying call another company...thank you I will. 100% would not recommend!
