Very very bad experience with Uncle Bill plumbing. He come, do little bit small work, maybe 20–30 minute job, and then give me big big bill for over $450. This not right, this cheating. Simple basic plumbing, nothing special, but he take money like he fix whole house. I feel he try to take advantage. Honest plumber no do this. I work hard for my money, and he think easy to grab from people. Big disappointment, no respect for customer. Our plumber Wali was extremely professional and when things weren’t right, he made sure we were satisfied customers and came back the next day to resolve the issue. Wali was very knowledgeable and we would have no problem hiring Wali again! Would recommend! David

Uncle Bill Hillcrest Plumbing very greedy company. They come our house, look at tiny little leak barely 20-30 minute work. I thinking, okay, small bill. But oh no… bill come $450! I shock, almost faint. I ask, ‘Brother, you fix pipe or you build new castle with my money?’ They just smile, like they win lottery. Job is tiny, price is mountain. We had a sink collapse and called Uncle Bill’s Hillcrest Plumbing for help. While the plumber did get the job done in about 30 minutes, we were shocked at the price. We were charged $450 for the repair plus a $45 truck fee, even though we live just a few blocks away from their store. The total felt extremely steep for the amount of time and work involved. The service itself was fine, but the pricing felt unreasonable and left us very disappointed. Would not recommend based on this experience.

Recently had an issue after 5pm with a sewage pipe in our Strata unit. Thanks to a recommendation by Mike G I was able to connect with Uncle Bill's after office hours. They promptly provided me with a call back and dispatched a plumber the next morning (after directing me it was not worth paying emergency hour rates). Johnny the plumber was knowledgeable, efficient and transparent on the work to be done. I would not hesitate to use and recommend Uncle Bill's in the future.
