All of it was a very good experience. The office staff were very good at getting details for me and keeping on top of things. Doug who put together the order together and then installed all items was very good at things and kept coming up with alternatives to make the install and commissioning of my water alarm go without any hitches. All in all a great experience, I will recommend you folks at every chance i can get. Peter Svensson
Just wanted to give a shout out for the excellent service that we received from Doug and, we also had the pleasure of meeting his son Jaxon. We had our hot water tank replaced and also our poly B lines. Fast, efficient...and PROMPT - always with a smile! And - reasonably priced!
The plumber who fixed our patio tap issue was Doug Juniper with Hillcrest Plumbing and he was a breath of fresh air! He not only fixed the problem but he did it for far less money and a less complicated option. I thought that was very ethical of him which is more than I can say for the other plumbing company we looked at. Ask for Doug Juniper when you next have a plumbing problem.
