Johnny from Uncle Bill's Hillcrest Plumbing came to fix my toilet because a bolt from the tank had rusted out; I also wanted to replace the parts inside the tank and the wax seal. The visit was on time and professionally done. Johnny really knows what he is doing. After the repair, I wiped away the rust deposits from the bottom of the tank and I thought I saw a hair but it didn't move so I called Johnny. He came back at no expense to take a look. $450 for a hooking up a waterline for a new fridge was a bit high, I thought. But the company told me that was normal, and in fact was ‘mid-priced’. There is a flat fee of $45 for a truck charge for everybody regardless of what work is or is not done. Just trying to spread awareness cuz obviously I was woefully unaware. If anybody were to ask me about my experience this is what I would tell them…
