Fantastic next day service. Doug came a few weeks ago, and fixed the furnace, but yesterday it started having a mind of its own. So he came first thing this morning and discovered a new problem, which he showed us how to manage ourselves. I had no cash for a tip, so I hope this review gets him a raise!!!
This was a special order item that the hillcrest team worked hard to improve the shipping time (successfully) - they had a challenging install location that had been varied by the gas furnace installer that required they move more pipes etc. they did a marvelous job - very good lolling installation and new pipes - very happy with this long term reliable family company and would certainly recommend their services
We have had the pleasure of working with Hillcrest Plumbing on two occasions, once in 2016 (Doug) and again in 2025 (Gus J.). The Techs are both knowledgeable, timely, efficient, thorough and extremely helpful with any questions we had. The company is very reasonably priced as well. I highly recommend Uncle Bill's Hillcrest Plumbing & Heating for any service needs you require.
As fall turned to winter, we had our furnace / heat pump fail. A service agent came out to evaluate the situation, and said we need a repair , with a parts replacement and.a pressure test. 3 weeks later, still no quote for cost, and no time frame for repair. I’ve called several times but no one calls back, even after speaking with the agent who says they or the repair guy will call back with info. Patience wearing thin.
