Got my hot water tank replaced by these guys. All went very smoothly and would recommend to anyone. Good things are they were the best priced (got quotes from two other major plumbers for in Vancouver), were able to get the tank with the warranty I wanted, charged as quoted (I made sure to give them accurate info about my place), scheduling was easy and they communicated updated arrival times with me, got the replacement done in a few hours, friendly service, and they brought their own drop sheets and protection for doing th... read more
AVOID THEM!!! Service person failed to complete all jobs requested. Was told they would arrange another appt. to do so. Did not happen. Now I am informed that they will take me to collection agency. I am happy to pay invoice but will not pay until all work completed.
Fast, but way too expensive. $1200 to replace a fan!
