Excellent, quick service when I was in a jam with a leak that had to be fixed up today. Iain was polite, friendly and efficient. Hillcrest has been great for me (they also did water heater).
Hillcrest plumbing did the trick! Helped solve my plumbing issues. Gord was a detective in helping find replacement parts for my mysterious fixtures and Iain was careful and diligent in making the necessary repairs. Would definitely recommend.
Beware: There are two companies with the name Hillcrest Plumbing. One has solid reviews and good service—Hillcrest (Uncle Bill's)—and then there’s this one. I mistakenly booked with this company after Uncle Bill’s did the initial assessment. The phone operator made it sound like they were part of the same team, which they weren’t. They charged $400 to change a faucet, billed my credit card without authorization, and although they were onsite for only 30 minutes, they charged for 90 minutes—plus additional travel time, on top... read more
One of your drivers DROVE DANGEROUSLY, TAILGATED US, AND FILLIPED US OFF DRIVING FOR DRIVING WITHIN THE SPEED LIMIT (50kph) this last Saturday on Knight Street and proceeded to put not just us, but everyone on the road in danger. He was doing this to multiple people on the road... SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL and will be telling all my friends/family to NOT use this company's services. 0 ethics 0 manners even OUTSIDE ur workspace...says a lot about the company values...
We had to update our bathroom, remove 25 years old sink and change to a new one. We booked for Saturday at a regular rate. Konstantine came to do the work, he did an excellent job. There were problems as our house is older but he was able to solve them and continue working on them until it all was done. I recommend this company as a trusted and professional company.
