I've rented a few times. And though, this may not be a brand new building, things work, it's clean, and Deb in the office is available, listens, and gets things done. I actually feel like I am getting something for my money and I dont have to waste time making calls or worrying.
Very clean place
I moved out this apartment on 5/31/26 with a timestamp video of a move in ready apartment. I rented a carpet cleaner, mopped every floor cleaned every cabinet. I also purchase new drip pans for the stove. They deducted 209.00 from my security deposit for cleaning fee when literally there was nothing to clean. I spoke with Debbie the office manager who’s very rude and condescending she sent me photo of an apartment that’s not mine.
