I went to Hillcrest Physiotherapy thinking I had Vertigo after speaking w/KP my therapist for 5 minutes it was determined that I did not have Vertigo but dizziness. We started treatment immediately, the treatment consisted of electrical stimulation around my neck ,then ultrasound,then lazer treatment on my neck , then KP would come in and massage my neck , then he would perform dry needling in 4 locations on my neck , I have to say that KP is so efficient with those needles I never felt them go in . I was visiting Canada from India for a vacation and needed physiotherapy during my stay. I chose Hillcrest Physiotherapy and I’m very glad I did. The staff was extremely professional, welcoming, and understanding. The physiotherapist explained everything clearly and tailored the treatment perfectly. I felt much better in just a few sessions. Excellent care and highly recommended.
Awful first experience. After checking in and sitting in the waiting room for 15 minutes, I was casually told the physiotherapist wouldn’t be arriving for another hour. Complete lack of communication and total disregard for patients’ time
I am using their services for last couple of years and very thankful to therapist Kanwar and entire office team for their consistent efforts. They have enabled me to keep going in my personal and professional life .Be it booking or cancelling appointment, front desk staff is very polite and approachable. Instead of taking pain killers to relieve pain or muscle tension, I book appointment with Hillcrest!!!
I went to Hillcrest Physiotherapy for shoulder pain and was not able to move my shoulder and after just one visit I was able to move my shoulder . Thank you Kanwarpreet Trehan and his team
