Had first appointment with Inderpreet Bajaj, for Right Shoulder acute pain-referred by Dr. Gill to treat at trigger points. My shoulder pain is cut in half, already with her expert physical manipulation, dry needle and heat machine massage. She showed myself, three exercises to do at random, daily which I do and those are helping further to subdue pain and build muscular strength around shoulder-shoulder blade and back/Neck.
