Don't know anything about the lab itself, the rating is for trying to call the lab and all you get is a recording saying "you have reached a Hillcrest non working number". No alternate number to call, very frustrating. If you've noticed a real drop in business, you might want to add a phone number where people can get a hold of you, just saying.
