I spent 4 days inpatient at this facility and it was HORRIBLE! I asked for discharge peoples on day 1!!! The beds are HARD and old! The carpet is stained and the facility smells of human waste. Housekeepings idea of cleaning the patients room, is wiping the over the bed table and filling the paper towels in the bathroom. No vacuuming, or cleaning the bathroom. I’ve been a resident since June 10, 2025, and today is June 12, 2025. I woke up on June 11, 2025 asking to be discharged! The treatment/care here is HORRIBLE to say the less. The staff gossip ALL day, granite it’s the young girl doing it. But management does nothing to detour it. The lack of respect for patients privacy is blatant and very noticeable. WARNING! If you care about your loved one, please do not send them to this location for care. I initially thought the negative reviews were exaggerated, but I have come to realize that the complaints about Hillcrest Millard are valid. The staff is highly unprofessional, calls go unanswered, and concerns are dismissed. When requesting to see the nurse practitioner—since there is no physician on-site—staff are uncooperative. I cannot in good faith give Hillcrest Millard any stars. I chose this place because it was close and the pictures online were nice. My husband was there for two weeks before I realized he was not able to do any rehab and I was never notified. I spent every afternoon with him and never was visited by anyone there to update me of his progress. On the 14th day I overheard the physical therapist say he came in sick and was still sick and should never have been there. I immediately paid $1200 for an ambulance to get him out of th... read more
