It's not easy planning the details to carry out one's final wishes. Yet Crystal was amazing and took us through each step, explaining options along the way. There was no hard sell as one often sees in this industry. She took the time to understand our needs and in the most respectful way, completed the task at hand. She was professional and efficient, yet it felt like we were being cared for by family.

Pre planning my funeral with Crystal Pera was very easy. She gave me all the facts & figures in a very professional manner. She answered all my question & offered to give me a tour of the cementary. All in all my appointment with Crystal was as excellent experience .

After a great deal of thought, our Mother wanted to move her burial plot from her birthplace in the Northeast to a cemetery closer to her home in The Villages where she has spent the last two decades. We went to tour Hillcrest Memorial Gardens in Leesburg where our mother had recently attended a friend's funeral. Crystal was awesome to work with! She is pleasant, understanding and caring to your needs. She helped me set up a preplan plot for my mother who is now 86 years old. Once I saw the beautiful grounds, I decided to preplan mine next to my mom. The payment program works great for my mom on social security. This is such a beautiful well-kept cemetery. It is on a beautiful acreage which feels like out in the country. Thank you!
