Do not have a loved one interned here!!!! We paid $232.40 for a Vase to be installed on a crypt at Hilcrest Memorial Gardens, in Cleveland, TN on May 13, 2010, it was stuck up with glue some three to four months later. The vase was the wrong color and did not match any of the others on the crypt and placed on the wrong side of the plaque. On memorial Day of this year, 2011, the vase fell off and we have been trying to get it replaced since then, to no avail. Do not use Hilcrest Memorial Gardens in Cleveland, TN. These people are very insensitive to grieving families. After taking several months (May2010 to Sep 2010) to get a flower vase for my parents crypt, they installed it by gluing it to the marble face. The vase fell off on Memorial day 2011, when I tried to put new flowers in it. It is now almost Aug 2011 and it still is not put back on, and they have now taken the name plate off.
