I've always had a great experience with my doctor and all the staff at the Center. I really appreciate their service!
Can never get a hold of this clinic. The line seems to always be busy. Calling multiple times a day doesn't always work. Huge oversight to not be able to leave messages or have the patient be placed on a hold until reception is available. I had to quit my meds cold turkey because I couldn't get in touch with the clinic to make any sort of appointment with my doctor...
Excellent experience with DR.Cluster. Fast turnaround and my Silverado cluster works like new. Five stars all the way.
DR.afolabi does not belong in this profession. He put my life at risk with no regard for my family or my own safety and wellbeing. He refuses to take any accountability and continues to believe he is the best in the industry. AVOID DR.AFOLABI by all means.
I would give negative stars for Dr.Afolabi's receptionist, Barb, if I could. She is beyond rude, dismissive, and talks to his patients in a wildly disrespectful way. She's on her personal phone most of the time and frequently calls her family. I find that disgusting considering she's a receptionist for a psychiatrist. I have been going for 5+ years and have never had a pleasant encounter with her.
