NEVER visit HELLCREST at any cost. I was there a few days ago. It’s crowded. I was sent to the General waiting area which was a hike from the ER lobby. When I finally got seen, the guy who took my blood didn’t do it right that I needed to get to wait again to get an ultrasound so they can poke me for the second time to get an additional blood sample. Marcie the ER Nurse is the ruddest nurse in that Dept. This is in conjunction to Nairobi’s Google review. Front kept hanging up every time we call. They put US on hold coz they are busy. I had to call 3 times. The lady told me to go back to the ER if we want the meds that the doctor said he sent but he didn’t. 3days later, we got the test results from that ER visit through MyChart. Cleveland Clinic cares more about your money than you as a patient. They would not allow me to make an appointment without my new insurance card (which was in the mail). Had to deal with my place of employments HR to get the information I needed and call them back to make an appointment. Now the day of the appointment I arrive and they don't have a copy of my insurance on file. This is the kind of stuff that will drive you absolutely insane.
