I am extremely disappointed with the way this matter has been handled by the building management team. I ordered very expensive medication for my mother’s knees, who suffers from severe knee problems and has difficulty walking. The medication, worth approximately $700, was delivered to the building lobby but was stolen before I could collect it. Very noisy neighbors; the building manager is not solving the problem. There are also cockroaches and mice in the building, scratching at the walls.
