There’s never anyone in the office not even sure if they have an apartment manager anymore. The apartments are rundown and didn’t you looking leaky roofs horrible plumbing not a good place to have to live.
My mother lives in one of the duplexes, which is old and run down. Gutters are over flowing, junk is all around some of the duplexes. Definitely need family assistance if you want to live there.
One of the renters tried to set up a green house (small) to protect her plants n was told she could not do that, said its stated in the lease but we read the lease n it does not say that
