Terrible warranty and poor quality! Just 1 year and 1 month after purchasing our new home, we’ve already noticed serious issues. Water is pooling on the side of the house — something we could only detect now with the summer rains. Screws are pushing through the paint and becoming visible. The laminate flooring is starting to lift. If water is collecting like this, it’s clearly a design or construction flaw that should be addressed!
