The lab is set up horrible, I have been to multiple labs at cleveland clinic and other hospitals and this is bar the worse. I would not suggest going to this one. Go to the one across the street at hillcrest hospital or anywhere else.
They are in the midst of a remodel.

Avoid PCP, Amy Horowitz in Family Medicine. She wastes your time and money; lacks empathy in my care. Amy failed to take care of me by refusing to accurately complete FMLA documentation for two life-long diseases for which I suffered. They were sent via MyChart, she refused to complete them without an appointment. I scheduled the virtual appointment, we met and she reviewed the forms.
