The staff and audiologists at Hillcrest are very helpful and friendly. The audiologists take the time to perform a complete assessment of your hearing and answer any questions you may have.
I had an appointment to see Andrew. Andrew refused to see me because i wore a medical grade face shield rather than a face mask. I suffer from anxiety when my face is covered so a face mask is not an option. I was humiliated and embarrassed and would never recommend going here.
I have been with Hillcrest and SOENTS for over a year the staff is super. Only problem is they are a little slow returning calls occasionally.
