The staff here are friendly. Dr Arthur Papagelis took the time to explain things clearly. I have been seeing this doctor over 5 years.My father put me on to him ,this time the wait was a little longer than I expected but overall it was a good experience. I highly recommend this practice and its doctors.
I’ve been coming to this clinic for several years, and I’m honestly shocked at the number of negative comments I see. From my experience, the staff are always kind and approachable unless you’re rude to them, they go out of their way to help. I see many people are complaining about Dr. Arthur Papagelis, but I can only speak from my own experience: he’s been nothing but professional, patient, and thorough with me. I’ve never once had a bad appointment here.
I’ve been seeing Dr. Papagelis for just under 2 years. He’s approachable, knowledgeable, and explains things in plain language. The clinic itself is clean and well kept. The only negative I’d mention is the waiting room can feel a bit crowded at peak times, but otherwise I’ve had very positive experiences.
I am writing this review as a carer who recently accompanied the person I care for to Hillcrest Medical Centre. The experience we had with Dr. Papagelis was deeply concerning, and I feel it is my responsibility to speak up. Firstly, I strongly believe Dr. Papagelis should not be practising medicine. In my view, he lacks empathy, professionalism, and the ability to properly fulfil his responsibilities as a doctor. I've been attending this clinic as a patient of Dr. Papagelis for approx 14years and have found the overall experience to be very positive.. All staff over this time have been very friendly, polite and professional.. One of the few clinics in the area that still bulk-bill.. They have pathology and a pharmacy (with super-fast service) on-site with free, ample parking for patients..
