I had a very disappointing experience with Dr Arthur Papagelis and it was honestly the worst experience I’ve had in a clinic. My regular GP was unavailable. I attended the appointment already feeling physically unwell and exhausted. I explained that I had not been feeling well and that I was seeking a medical certificate as I had to miss work. The lack of empathy shown by Dr Papagelis towards me made me sad and anxious. Very arrogant, argumentative, and dismissive towards me. Would not recommend, don't know why he still has his license. Edit- it seems to me that they are doing some sort of damage control for him, there are articles about him google (Doctor's fatal mistake). Another edit- Looks like they are doing damage control and asking patients to review more positively about a certain doctor.
Wish I could give 0 stars. I would normally go to my usual gp but unfortunately they were unavailable and had to find someplace else. Saw Dr Papagelis, was one of the worst experiences I had with a doctor, I was trying to explain what I was feeling and felt concerned about, immediately accused me of only coming to take work off as I also requested for a medical certificate.
