Should have looked at the reviews before coming here. Coming here itself was a bad idea. Reception/ customer service is worst than poor. At the time of booking my appointment I had asked if my results could be sent over for discussion with the doctor. At the day of visit not once the receptionist mentioned that my records weren’t received. Waited 45 mins from my scheduled appointment and when I checked with the doctor. Dr papagelis is by far the WORST DOCTOR EVER! Don’t know how he is still allowed to practice, absolutely rude and devoid of emotions. He can’t hear or see properly and apparently we aren’t sick according to him? What’s wrong with this guy? He shouldn't be working. He needs to retire. Hubby was refused an x-ray, even though he was well aware that he had a major fall at work and was in severe pain. He was told to go back to work and that nothing is wrong with him. I was very disheartened to hear the negative comments about Dr. Papagelis. I have known this doctor for many years and have found him to be a true professional and a very caring G.P. He is very experienced and an expert diagnostician.
Dr. Papagelis is legitimately the worst doctor I have ever seen in my entire life. Do NOT fall for the fake 5 star reviews on here, I did and I found out he is every bit of awful that the 1 star reviews say he is. FYI to anyone going to see him, Google his name first because I did afterwards and there is some VERY concerning articles about him out there.
