I would NOT recommend Dr Arthur Papagelis. He is Rude, belittling and unnecessarily mean. After having visited Hillcrest for at least a Decade, today will be the last visit after I was verbally berated and belittled by Dr Arthur Papagelis. Upon entering he asked what I was there for, I explained and he immediately went into a tirade about how I should be seeing my regular GP, which I don't have one as I'm not often unwell. I had a awful experience with Dr Arthur Papagelis and he was the worst experience I’ve had in a clinic. My normal GP was unavailable and I had to see him to get a medical certificate and we was rude smug and misspelled multiple words on the certificate, Do not come here. Front desk lady's were helpful though.
Wonderful services and help from Dr. Papegaelis as well as the pharmacy next door , especially the pharmacist with the dread locks over there. A big shout out for Ala in the reception . Super helpful and kind to all clients and goes above and beyond for the clinic.
Dr. Papegalis and that pharmacist Hassan are amazing bombs -- BEst services ever .
If I could, I'd give this place a zero! Dr. Papagelis has no compassion and doesn't give you any info or advice when he gives you a diagnosis, and he prescribes meds before a full diagnosis. Unbelievable! I had to get a second opinion and was told not to take any medication until all tests were done. Please, if you care about your health, don't go to this clinic. It's a horrendous place with unprofessional doctors who don't care about your well-being; they only care about giving out prescriptions and making money.
