Our meeting with Greg Morrow to prepay our funeral expenses for our 2 spaces at Hillcrest Gardens was excellent !!! Greg answered all of our questions in a friendly and personal manner.
The people here were very caring, and attentive to our needs. We've been so pleased with the service, we bought our own plots here, after having buried both sets of parents here
Greg was very professional and friendly. We were impressed with his consideration and knowledge.
On one of the worst days of my life, Greg made my choices so easy. He was concerned and knowledgeable and helped me so much.
We have had plots at Hillcrest for years. Our family is buried there as well as many friends. Dignity has a representative that we dealt with who was rude, disrespectful and condescending. We had just lost our mother and he was make jokes and was not professional in dealing with grieving families. I will not use Dignity again. I would rather leave our last few plots empty and buy from another cemetery. If I could leave a zero star then I would do so.
