I purchased a bouquet online and paid $100 to be delivered. When i saw the size of it i felt so embarrassed, in comparison to other $100 big bouquets that was nothing, never again
Very poor customer service and lack of flower arrangement skills. I bought a bunch of flowers which were not a pre-made up bunch. I wanted something nice and I said just make them look pretty. The lady serving me looked and sounded like she suffering from a major depression and really didn’t want to help. I took them home as they were made up as I didn’t want to make a fuss. DO NOT GO HERE! Incredibly disappointed in this florist. I visited the shop on Wednesday to put in an order for fresh flowers on Friday (as that is the day the store visits the flower markets). I selected the flowers I wanted and asked for them to be fresh from the markets (not to be the ones shown to me on Wednesday). Upon collection today after spending over $200 for my small flower order for my bridal shower, I found that they were in fact the flowers that I had selected on Wednesday! How do I know this? Ordered a large bouquet online with a price point of $130 (not including delivery) to which the lady said “oh that will get you a lovely big arrangement” Sadly when the recipient received the flowers they looked more like something you’d spent $70-$90 on! Knowing a recipient wouldn’t be aware of the amount spent I feel this was taking advantage of a phone order customer. Disappointed
