Upscale clean safe quiet park with great management, Maria is the best!
Glowing solicited reviews can't hide the poor maintenance and multiple code violations. Make no mistake about it. The only thing corporate management and the Property Manager are interested in is high profits, low costs and sales commissions (check the ELS annual report). Total monthly cost to live here is more than $300 more a month than much better maintained parks in the area. If it is such a great property, why are over 30 units for sale? Do your research before living here. Once you're in, you're trapped.
