When I went to see a therapist at the Washington office , I was a mess. Liz was my therapist's. I was living in the past. Liz helped me to see that while I was in the past I couldn't live in today. Now I believe that " I am a woman of dignity and worth" ., She helped me to understand my feelings and to put words to them. I am truly grateful for her help. I give Hillcrest a million star's for everyone that had a part in my healing journey. Sheila Brown
Called and left a voicemail with concerns about a new prescription my boyfriend was taking (I'm authorized to talk to them) just for my boyfriend to be told by the nurse that he knew I called just was choosing not to return my call. It got so bad that my boyfriend had no choice but to go there. Don't recommend this place at all.
Doctor I see is (WAS) fantastic, nurse( new nurse...again) and reception staff are also. Otherwise the place is poorly managed and staff therapist only see who they want to. Based on my personal experience only... UPDATE: care has only got worse! Can't keep providers, phone call visits once every 45 or 60 days to make sure im still alive and if my meds need refill. Did I mention I had no idea nurse practitioner was gonna call when she did? GOD forbid you need a refill! Be prepared to wait!!
