Terrible service! Since they lost their last receptionist, they have gone downhill bad! My husband can’t get ahold of anyone to get his medicine filled up. You guys are a joke. Do better.
I feel that the person at the front desk never answers the phone or she answers the phone when she wants to. It just seems odd that she got the message that I was sick but when I kept calling to reschedule an appointment, she would never get back to me. I just thought she acted very strangely and it made me feel very uncomfortable about going there. They don’t return phone calls, can’t trust them. Update: still haven’t heard anything back from them. Clearly, they don’t want to help people.
