Professional and friendly reception staff.Even though the doctor has limited time, she makes you feel comfortable and doesnt rush you ,she listens and works with you to try to solve your health issue. Always offers alternatives when she can as well.
Hillcrest Family Medicine is my clinic. The staff are friendly and professional. Doctor Zayad Al-Mahaye is a caring and knowledgeable GP who looks after his patients with care and detail and will even share a joke. Please don't retire Zayad. It is so hard to find a good GP in the Latrobe Valley. Shane James. I wish Zayed was still there.
