Jodi, Fiorina, and Dr. Povey and all the staff at Hillcrest have been very kind and understanding to me. They treat me with respect and dignity, and they allowed me to have accomidations during my procedure that made it much more comfortable. Thank y'all for what you do.

The women here were absolutely amazing. As someone with severe anxiety about dentists, they made me feel so calm and supported. Dr Campbell treated me with compassion and respect that I've missed out on with some other dentists. Highly recommend!

On multiple occasions when they were cleaning my teeth it was very painful, my gums bleeding even after for a bit and pulsing. And usually it is painful with minimal bleeding but not to this extent. For context I have depression and anxiety so I find it very hard to brush my teeth and told the lady this before we started the appointment. When she was cleaning my teeth she was being very aggressive to the point where my gums were bleeding incessantly from the cleaning, I could taste blood. I had a filling done here and was left less than impressed by the care provided. The dentist and hygienist talked the entire time about the meal he had made the night prior, with zero acknowledgement that I was even in the room. And I mean zero acknowledgement. I may as well have not been there as their entire focus was on their conversation. It was bizarre. I had several cleanings and appointments at this dentist and not one was comfortable or friendly.
