I was very disappointed when I picked up my coats. The repairs were extremely expensive, and the replacement zipper slide looked worn and mismatched—like it had been taken from an old pair of men's trousers. Considering the coat was new and had only been worn a few times, I expected hardware that matched the quality and appearance of the garment.
