Worst experience of our lives! They are terrible! Run fast.
Run as fast as you can! Unresponsive poor quality. Project managers are the worst they will never and I mean never respond to anything. Our house took almost 2 years. To build with a ton of excuses. We could go on and on with the issues. The owner is terrible. We know multiple people who have built with them now. All have had horrible issues and they don’t respond to anything that needs to be fixed. We wish we would have done our homework.They could care less about the customers.
They only cater to the rich. You need to have at least a $300,000 budget. As soon as I mentioned that I was approved for less, their demeanor altered from positive and supportive to dismissive and rude. "We will never—not now or in the future—adjust our plans to accommodate you." I was no longer seen as valuable.
