I've been a customer of Hillcrest Bank since 2008, and I'm even more impressed after today's experience. The moment we walked in, Maria and Selina warmly greeted us and took us to Toya, our banker. We wanted to set up accounts for my 5 and 7-year-old daughters to teach them about financial principles and Toya was fantastic with my girls.Toya prepared folders for my girls with personalized welcome notes and some age-appropriate literature to teach them about banking. I had the opportunity to visit Hillcrest Bank today, my fourth stop in a series of bank visits. I was on a mission to learn about a specific loan product designed for acquiring an existing business. I had constructive experiences at the three smaller banks I visited earlier, with one even providing an informative session with the branch president. I have been with Hillcrest Bank for almost 10 years now. The level of personal attention and professionalism that Wade Simpson and Tina have shown me is unmatched by any banking experience I have had in the past. They have really gone above and beyond for me especially in these trying times. I have also referred my best friend Mark to them and he is extremely satisfied as well.
