This review is long overdue!! Incredibly respectful and welcoming staff. Was given water offered coffee and constantly checked in on. As a woman dealing with 4 cars, I constantly am lied to or manipulated. Hillcrest Staff particularly the owner are by far the most honest, hardworking and skilled mechanics. My older Mercedes car was not starting. It was a Saturday morning and Hillcrest was one of the few who was available and communicative on the phone.
