5 years before mom needed nursing home care, I thought I had found a good Assisted Living facility here in Yakima. I WAS WRONG - I wish I had found THIS facility instead. Once I moved mom into the nursing home located on this campus, I was around the complex on a daily basis. The Assisted Living complex shares a parking lot, and is next to - the nursing home complex. Living Care Retirement Community, which Hillcrest Assisted Living is a part of, is such a friendly place to be! I have family living there and they are very happy! The Village Cafe' is a wonderful meeting place. The food is wonderful and at a very reasonable price, too. People from Living Care and friends and family gather often to eat and enjoy each other in a relaxed atmosphere. Exercise classed are held daily for those who want to participate.
