Poor value for money. Sooo noisy. Others say the location is great. This is like saying that a house built on the runway is handy to the airport! There are 2 heliports at the hospitals next door. We were woken a few times around 2 to 4am by landing aircraft. Also there is a motorway and about 3 major arterial roadways next door (it is literally on an island of major roadways). Great room for a great price, with an excellent location. No complaints at all with this hotel. Nice to have a balcony, and good water pressure in a shower. Considering my previous experiences with other hotels, this was a pleasant surprise
We have stayed here on numerous occasions because of the location, pool and gym. The common areas are always clean and tidy and the cleaner is always smiling and friendly. We had room 306 on the 3rd floor on this occasion which was very disappointing and in need of a major renovation. Small shower which constantly drips, the toilet runs internally and needs fixing, It's cabinetry, tiling and carpet are laminating and need to be addressed immediately.
