Complex is infested with cockroaches. Management failed to mention that part before we moved in. After moving in, we discovered trash and old food from previous tenants in the cupboards. They spray for pest control each month, but when I’ve seen them spray, nothing comes out of sprayer, and if anything does, it just makes the cockroaches come out even more. You’re going to end up paying out of pocket for your own pest control, but infestation of complex is so bad, nothing works.
This is an apartment complex of 80 123 and four bedroom apartments. But the swimming pool and a laundry room on site these are older apartments but a nice place to live
Very kid friendly atmosphere, and very calm neighborhood. Affordable cost and so clean.
We just rent here.
